PETROG |
|
PETROG is a radically new software tool designed specifically for petrographic data collection, replacing the traditional 12/20 channel point counter control box and paper tick sheets.
PETROG has been designed primarily for use as a petrographic analysis tool for the oil industry. Its principal objective is to assist the analysis of sedimentary rocks (siliciclastic & carbonate sediments), but could easily be configured for the collection of igneous, metamorphic, ore, coal or palaeontological data.

PETROG - Stepper Stage |
|
Stepper Stage is a digital stepping stage for microscopes. Stepper Stage is controlled from a PC and features:
- serial cable control
- a rotating platform for polarisation
- point counting software
Stepper Stage supersedes and replaces the discontinued Prior Scientific Instruments electro-mechanical stepping stage (model J0415C). |
